Terms and conditions of sale and delivery Below you will find useful information for using online booking. You can read about how we process the information you enter, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.

Cancellation and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of your deposit, less an administration fee of DKK 500.
If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival, you will be refunded half of the total amount, less an administration fee of DKK 500.

If you are a seasonal resident, please refer to your contract terms and conditions.

In the event of Force Majeure, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, no refunds or compensation can be claimed.

Cancellation protection – security in case of illness
We recommend that you take out cancellation protection. It costs DKK 295 and covers cancellation (in case of illness)
If canceled up to 1 day before the day of arrival (before 12:00), a refund will be made upon submission of documentation in the form of a medical certificate.

Discountcodes and promotions
Discount codes and promotions can only be used once per household.
Cannot be combined with other discounts and offers unless otherwise noted. Cannot be used on holidays that are already booked. The discount code is entered when booking online.

Complaint handling
If for some reason you do not receive your reservation confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call the phone number.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error in the ordinary course of reviewing your booking. You can complain in writing or verbally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay), the right to complain pursuant to section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act shall cease, unless otherwise agreed.
When CityCamp Assens Strand receives your complaint about a product, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. CityCamp Assens Strand will decide whether the received product should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.

Vigtig info

I dag, onsdag d. 22. marts, er vores bookingsystem ude af drift, da vi skal have “skilt” CityCamp Assens Strand fra CampOne. Samtidig kan der heller ikke bookes online.

Send gerne mails til os på info@assensstrand.dk, som vi naturligvis vil besvare hurtigst muligt, når vi kan tilgå bookingsystemet igen.

Bookingsystemet forventes at virke normalt igen fra torsdag d. 23. marts.
