So if you visit CityCamp Assens Strand, you have everything you need right in front of your caravan, and you can safely leave your car, because a beautiful walk past Assens’ marina in less than a kilometer you have Assens’ beautiful city center. The city offers a rich commercial life with plenty of shops, so shop and enjoy lunch at one of the many delicious eateries.
Cultural life also flourishes with Tobaksgaarden, Arena Assens and Assens Sangkraftcenter, which offers concerts, art, theater, cinema and lectures.

On the walk to Assens’ beautiful city center from CityCamp Assens Strand is SuperBrugsen Assens, which is the closest supermarket to the campsite with plenty of opportunity to buy the necessary groceries and rent the popular rail bikes. See more under “Take a ride on the rail bikes”.
